Charity Work
Macmillan coffee morning.
On an annual basis we as a school support the Macmillan's coffee morning campaign by
helping to organise a coffee morning and cake stand at the school. It is very satisfying to
work with the committee members from the village who also come in to help during the
morning. The school's year 6 pupils are in charge of arranging and work during the coffee
morning.
Children in Need
This day is a day for us to support different charities by arranging fun activities throughout
the school and raising money for good causes. We also support the work carried out by
Operation Christmas Child on a yearly basis, pupils bring shoe boxes into school.
